Intro

Slido is an interactive web tool that lets participants/ audience engage through live polls, Q&As, quizzes, and word clouds during your meetings or conferences whether online or in-person. You can obtain the audience’s feedback, insights, and analytics using Slido’s intuitive and easy features. To learn more about the Slido API, see (https://datapi-eu1.slido.com/redoc ). You can connect to your Slido account in the Data Center. This topic discusses the fields and menus that are specific to the Slido connector user interface. Prerequisites

To connect to your Slido account and create a DataSet, you must have the Organization ID and you need to select the Region where your instance is located.

Connecting to Your Slido Account

This section enumerates the options in the Credentials and Details panes in the Slido Connector page. The components of the other panes on this page, Scheduling and Name & Describe Your DataSet, are universal across most connector types and are discussed in greater length in Adding a DataSet Using a Connector.

Credentials Pane

This pane contains fields for entering credentials to connect to your Slido account. The following table describes what is needed for each field:

Field

Description

Organization ID

Enter the ID associated with the organization of the application.

Region

Enter the region where your instance is located.

Once you have entered valid Slido credentials, you can use the same account at any time to create a new Slido DataSet. You can manage connector accounts in the Accounts tab in the Data Center. For more information about this tab, see Manage User Accounts.

Details Pane

This pane contains a primary Reports menu, along with various other menus which may or may not appear depending on the report type you select.

Report

Select the Slido report you want to run. The following reports are available:

Report Name Description
Events Fetches the export of events.
Ideas Fetches the export of ideas.
Idea Topics Fetches the export of Idea Topics.

Idea Replies

Fetches the export of Idea Replies.
List Exports Retrieves the list of all exports.

Participants

Fetches the export of Participants.

Polls

Fetches the export of Polls.

Poll Options

Fetches the export of Poll Options.

Poll Votes

Fetches the export of Poll Votes.

Poll Vote Values

Fetches the export of Poll Vote Values.

Questions

Fetches the export of Questions.

Question Replies

Fetches the export of Question Replies.

Rooms

Fetches the export of Rooms.

Spaces

Fetches the export of Spaces.

Spaces Users

Fetches the export of Spaces Users.

Surveys Quizzes

Fetches the export of Surveys Quizzes.

Users

Fetches the export of Users.

Webex Meetings

Fetches the export of Webex Meetings.

Date Filter Type

Select the date field to filter the data.

Report Dates

Specify if the data in this report is for a single date or a range of dates.

Single Date - Relative - Days Back

Choose which day you would like to receive the data for by entering a number relative to today. For example, enter 0 for today, 1 for yesterday, or 7 for 7 days ago. This option becomes enabled when you select the Report Dates as Single date and Date Type as Relative .

Date range - Start Date- Days Back

Choose which day you would like to start receiving the data for by entering a number relative to today. For example, enter 1 for a start date of yesterday, 7 for a start date of 1 week ago, and 30 for a start date of 1 month ago. This option becomes enabled when you select the Report Dates as Date range and Start Date as Relative .

Date range - End Date- Days Back

Choose which day you would like to stop receiving data for by entering a number relative to today. For example, enter 0 for an end date of today, or 1 for an end date of yesterday. This option becomes enabled when you select the Report Dates as Date range and End Date as Relative .
