Infusionsoft by Keap offers an e-mail marketing and sales platform for small businesses, including products, to streamline the customer lifecycle, customer relationship management, marketing automation, lead capture, and e-commerce. Use this connector to pull the details for product, orders and various e-commerce related properties. You can connect to your Infusionsoft by Keap Rest account in the Data Center. This article explains the fields and menus that are specific to the Infusionsoft by Keap Rest Connector user interface. Prerequisites

To connect to your Infusionsoft by Keap Rest account and create a DataSet, you must have the Email and Password associated with your Infusionsoft by Keap Rest account.

Connecting to Your Infusionsoft by Keap Rest Account

This section lists the options in the Credentials and Details panes in the Infusionsoft by Keap Rest Connector page. The components of the other panes in this page, Scheduling and Name & Describe Your DataSet, are universal across most connector types and are discussed in great detail in Adding a DataSet Using a Data Connector.

Credentials Pane

You need the Email and Password associated with your Infusionsoft by Keap Rest account to connect to your Infusionsoft by Keap Rest connector. Once you have entered the valid Infusionsoft by Keap Rest credentials, you can use the same account to create a new Infusionsoft by Keap Rest DataSet. You can manage connector accounts in the Accounts tab in the Data Center. For more information about this tab, see Managing User Accounts for Connectors.

Details Pane

This pane contains a primary Reports menu, along with various other menus which may or may not appear depending on the report type you select.

Report

Select the Infusionsoft by Keap Rest report you want to run. The following reports are available:

Report Name Description
Appointments Returns all appointments for the user.
Campaigns Returns all campaigns for the user.
Commissions Returns a list of commissions.
Companies Returns a list of all the companies.
Contacts Returns a list of all contacts.
Contact Emails Returns a list of emails that have been sent to a contact.
Contacts With Applied Tags Returns a list of contacts with all their applied tags.
Emails Returns a list of emails that have been sent.
Files Returns a list of all files.
Merchants Returns a list of all merchant accounts.
Notes Returns a list of all notes.
Opportunities Returns a list of all opportunities.
Orders Returns a list of all orders.
Order Transaction Returns a list of all transactions on a given order.
Products Returns a list of all products.
Subscriptions Returns a list of all subscriptions.
Tagged Companies Returns a list of companies that have the given tag applied.
Tagged Contacts Returns a list of contacts that have the given tag applied.
Tasks Returns a list of all tasks.
Transactions Returns a list of transactions for a given contact.
Users Returns a list of all users.
Duration Select the duration for the report (a Single Date, or a Date Range).
Single Date - Report Date Select a Relative or Specific date. Relative meaning number of days from today or a specific date using the date selector
Single Date - Select Specific Date Select the specific report date using the date selector.
Single Date - Days Back The number of days back that you would like to get data for. You can either specify today or 0, yesterday or 1, or today-7 or 7 to get data for 7 days into the past.
Date Range - Start Date Select the report start date using relative or specific dates. Relative means the number of days from today or a specific date using the date selector.
Date Range - Select Specific Start Date Select the report date using the date selector.
Date Range - Days Back To Start From The number of days back that you would like to get data from (start day). Specify either today or 0, yesterday or 1, or today-7 or 7 to get data for 7 days into the past
Date Range - End Date Select the report end date using relative or specific dates. Relative means the number of days from today or a specific date using the date selector.
Date Range - Select Specific End Date Select the report date using the date selector.
Date Range - Days Back To End At The number of days back that you would like to get data to (end day). Specify either today or 0, yesterday or 1, or today-7 or 7 to get data for 7 days into the past.
Company Properties Select the company properties to include in the response which are not included by default.
File Permission Filter based on the permission of files.
File Type Filter based on the type of file.
Paid Status Of Item Sets paid status of items to return.
Order ID Select the order id.
Status of Items Sets the status of items to return.
Tag ID Select one or more tags.
Tags Selection Sets the tasks which have the due date.
Has Due Date Sets the tasks which have the due date.
Completed Status Of Item Sets completed status of items to return.
Include Inactive Users Include users that are inactive in results.
Include Partner Users Include partner users in results.
