To connect to your inContact CxOne OAuth account and create a DataSet, you must have the following:- Client ID
- Client Secret
- Access Key
- Access Secret
- Tenant ID (optional)
Connecting to Your inContact Account
This section lists the options in the Credentials and Details panes on the inContact CxOne OAuth Connector page. The components of the other panes on this page, Scheduling, and Name & Describe Your DataSet, are universal across most connector types and are discussed in great detail in Adding a DataSet Using a Connector.Credentials Pane
The inContact CxOne OAuth Connector uses OAuth 2 for authentication. This pane contains fields for entering credentials to connect to your inContact account. The following table describes what is needed for each field:Field | Description |

Client Secret | Enter your client secret obtained when creating your CXOne application. |

Report | Select the inContact CxOne OAuth report you want to run. The following reports are available:

| Custom Report Name | Select a Custom Report. These reports are created on inContact’s website. | ||||||||||||||||||||

| Start Date - Relative | Enter the number of days back that you would like to get data from (start day). Combine with End Date to create a range of represented days.
