Intro

Procore allows large teams of construction companies, property owners, project managers, contractors, and partners to collaborate on large-scale construction projects and share access to documents, planning systems and data. To learn more about the Procore API, visit their page (https://www.procore.com/platform/procore-connect.php ). You connect to your Procore account in the Data Center. This topic discusses the fields and menus that are specific to the Procore connector user interface. General information for adding DataSets, setting update schedules, and editing DataSet information is discussed in Adding a DataSet Using a Data Connector.

Prerequisites

To connect to your Procore account and create a DataSet, you must the email address you use to log into Procore, along with your Procore password.

Connecting to Your Procore Account

This section enumerates the options in the Credentials and Details panes in the Procore Connector page. The components of the other panes in this page, Scheduling and Name & Describe Your DataSet, are universal across most connector types and are discussed in greater length in Adding a DataSet Using a Data Connector.

Credentials Pane

The Domo Procore connector uses OAuth to connect, so there is no need to enter credentials within Domo. Click Connect (or select Add Account if you have existing Procore accounts in Domo) to open the Procore OAuth screen where you can enter your Procore email address and password. Once you have entered valid Procore credentials, you can use the same account any time you go to create a new Procore DataSet. You can manage connector accounts in the Accounts tab in the Data Center. For more information about this tab, see Managing User Accounts for Connectors.

Details Pane

This pane contains a primary Reports menu, along with various other menus which may or may not appear depending on the report type you select.

Select the Procore report you want to run. The following reports are available

Returns a collection of observation category configurable field sets from the specified project.

Returns a collection of users from the observations default distribution list.

Observations Response Logs

Returns a collection of Response Logs scoped to viewable Observations.

Observation Items

Returns all observations in the specified project.

Observation Potential Distribution Members

Returns a collection of potential users for the observation distribution list.

Observation Types

Returns the available observation Types in the specified project.

Observation Item Response Logs

Returns a collection of response logs for the specified observation item.

Company

Select the company you want to retrieve information for.

Sub Report

Choose the sub list to flatten.

Project Filter

Specify whether you want to retrieve data for all projects, active projects only, or inactive projects only.

Project

Select the project you want to retrieve information for.

Contract

Select the contract you want to retrieve information for.

Contract Selection Method

Choose the method to select contracts. This discovery will return a list of contracts. Manual entry will allow you to enter a Contract ID.

Contract ID

Enter the Contract ID.
PCO Id Selection Method

Choose the method to select PCO Ids. Selecting “All” will returns data for all PCO Ids. Selecting “Manual” will return a list of PCO Ids for entered contract Id.
PCO ID Select PCO Id to run the report for.
COR ID Selection Method Choose the method to select COR Ids. Selecting “All” will returns data for all COR Ids. Selecting “Manual” will return a list of COR Ids for entered contract Id.
COR ID Select COR Id to run the report for.

Company Vendor

Select the vendor you want to retrieve information for.

Drawing Area

Select the drawing area you want to retrieve information for.

Meetings

Select the meeting you want to retrieve information for.

Album

Select the album you want to retrieve information for.

Standard Cost Code

Select the standard cost code list you want to retrieve information for.

Duration

Select whether you want to pull data for a specific date or a date range.

Number of photos

Enter the numbers of recent photos you want to retrieve.

Report Date

Select whether the report data is for a specific date or for a relative number of days back from today.

Select Specific Date

Select the date for the report.

Days Back

Enter the number of past days that should appear in the report.

Start Date

Specify whether the first date in your date range is a specific or relative date. You select the last date in your range in End Date .

End Date

Specify whether the second date in your date range is a specific or relative date. You select the first date in your range in Start Date .

Select Specific Start Date

Select the first date in your date range.

Select Specific End Date

Select the second date in your date range.

Days Back to Start From

Enter the number of the farthest day back that should be represented in the report. Combine with Days Back to End At to create a range of represented days.

For example, if you entered 10 for Days Back to Start From and 5 for Days Back to End At , the report would contain data for 10 days ago up until 5 days ago.

Days Back to End At

Enter the number of the most recent day back that should be represented in the report. Combine with Days Back to Start From to create a range of represented days.

For example, if you entered 10 for Days Back to Start From and 5 for Days Back to End At , the report would contain data for 10 days ago up until 5 days ago.
