Note: This feature is available on demand. To request that this feature be enabled, reach out to your Domo Customer Success Manager or Technical Consultant.
- Click More > Admin. The Admin Settings appears.
- Select the Governance tab.
- Click the Licenses sub-tab.
- Click Buy Licenses.
- Fill out the fields in the wizard as requested.
Note: When you confirm a license purchase order, Domo sends an email to a Domo sales representative who sends you a purchase order invoice.
- Click More > Admin. The Admin Settings appears.
- Select the Governance tab.
- Click the Licenses sub-tab.
- In the table at the bottom of the panel, locate the user you want to approve or deny.
- Click the Approve or Deny radio button in the user row.
- (Conditional) If you have approved the user, select the desired security role in the Assign Role menu. For explanations of all available security roles, see Security Role Reference.
- Click More > Admin. The Admin Settings appears.
- Select the Governance tab.
- Click the Licenses sub-tab.
- Click the Social Users tab to show the list of Social users.
- Click More > Admin. The Admin Settings appears.
- Select the Governance tab.
- Click the Licenses sub-tab.
- Click the Social Users tab to show the list of Social users.
- In the table at the bottom of the panel, locate the user you want to reassign.
- Select the new security role in the Assign Role menu.
