Intro

BLS Unemployment by State Count pulls unemployment data for each state. Use this connector to gather all your needed unemployment data into Domo’s data framework. You can connect to your BLS Unemployment by State Count account in the Data Center. This topic discusses the fields and menus that are specific to the BLS Unemployment by State Count connector user interface. To add DataSets, set update schedules, and edit DataSet information, see Adding a DataSet Using a Data Connector.

Prerequisites

No Prerequisites are required.

Scheduling

You can set the periodic interval to run the dataset.
Field Description
Update Interval By default Every Month is selected. You can schedule to run the dataset every month.
On this day

You can select the specific day in a month for which you want to run this dataset. You can select the following options from the drop-down.

  • 1st of the month
  • 1st and 15th of the month
  • Last of the month
Start between

Select the time. For example 1PM, or 2AM and so on.

Time Zone

Select the desired time zone from the drop-down list.

Name & Describe Your Dataset

In this section you can name and provide details about the dataset created.
Field Description
Dataset Name (Required) Enter a dataset name.
Dataset Description (Optional) Enter the description for the dataset.
