Intro

Sprout Social is a social media management and intelligence tool for brands and agencies of all sizes to manage conversations and surface the actionable insights that drive real business impact. Their fully integrated platform provides solutions for superior social marketing, customer service, data analysis, social listening, and employee advocacy. Sprout connector pulls analytics of your social profiles you’ve integrated with Sprout. Profile-level data is shown in PST and Post-level data is shown according to the social channels own time zone. To learn more about the Sprout Social API, see (https://api.sproutsocial.com/docs/ ). You can connect to your Sprout Social account in the Data Center. This topic discusses the fields and menus that are specific to the Sprout Social connector user interface.
