Marketing Insights Manager
Rachel has worked in the financial services industry for the last 15 years and has been specifically focused on data for the past decade. Her passion has helped CME group carve out a dynamic global insights team, which she heads up from her office (currently the back room at the top of the stairs!) in Belfast.
Currently undertaking a PhD in Big Data Analysis, in the span of her career she has helped various financial companies, including CME and Bank of Ireland, to navigate the world of marketing and customer data to create actionable insights that directly affect the bottom line.
Rachel is a chartered marketer and looks at data from the perspective of how to better serve the customer, and therefore has a keen focus on the 360 view customer journey.
While her data analysis skill set has been honed by work and study, her organizational skills have been honed by her 5 year old, 3 year old twins and English Bulldog.

Nagendra has over 26 years of consultative, client-focused experience focusing on the advisory & delivery of holistic solutions for data & analytics modernization, transformation strategies, business & technology alignment. Over the years, he’s worked in various industry verticals such as Retail, Supply Chain, Oil & Gas, but his true passion lies in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI), which is where he’s spent majority of his career as an implementation partner & trusted advisor. Nagendra has worked with numerous multinational banks and specializes in data quality & governance, analytics, risk, and regulatory compliance.
