Workspaces

We’re excited to introduce the highly anticipated Workspaces, a new feature designed to streamline how you organize and access your Domo content.

Finding the right content in your Domo instance just got way easier. Workspaces provide a central hub to group all your essential Domo objects, including cards, dashboards, apps, DataSets, DataFlows, Workflows, and Worksheets.  

Here’s what you can do with Workspaces:

• Organize with folders: Create team or department-specific folders and subfolders to keep all relevant content neatly structured and easy to find. ‍
• Access from anywhere: Workspaces are available on both web and mobile, ensuring you can find what you need, whether you're at your desk or on the go. ‍
• Collaborate easily: Share your Workspaces with team members to give them quick access to the content that matters most to them. ‍
• Control access: Workspaces make it easy to control sharing the right content with the right people and also revoking access when needed.

Get started by navigating to the “Teams” section in your Domo web navigation or finding it in the menu on mobile. We can’t wait to hear what you think as we continue to refine this feature.
