Unified and actionable insights
Style Union’s retail stores introduce more than 120 new products every week to keep up with changing seasons, new trends, and the latest influencers. With a wide variety of ever-changing SKUs, Domo helped Style Union quickly understand which items were its bestsellers and which should yield shelf space for new designs.
“From day one, we have been data-driven. The only problem was that there was a lot of local data available to individual managers, which meant everyone had their own interpretation of the data. Domo makes data uniform, so everyone is working from the same information and projections,” said Alok Dharadhar, Head of Retail and Analytics at Nexon Omniverse.
Domo’s customizable dashboards make it simple for everyone from all levels of the hierarchy to gain better visibility of sales, stock levels, store efficiency, and order fulfillment. Trends or issues can be instantly identified across the organization to help empower faster, smarter decisions.
“Our previous solution had limitations for bringing in data or visualizing what the data was telling us. Now, all departments within the organization are leveraging data and insights in the same way.”

Creating a foundation of scalability
Nexon Omniverse began its Domo journey by connecting all its supply chain data together to help its buying, merchandising and operations teams better understand production status, vendor delivery, warehouse stock availability, and replenishment fulfillment in real time. “Connecting our vendor partner, warehouses, transportation, and order fulfillment in a unified platform has been a game changer,” said Sankatmochan.


“Regional managers can easily monitor all their stores, while category managers can look at product data through their own lens. Every function uses the same data to access the specific insights they need to do their jobs,” Dharadhar said.
Thanks to Domo, Nexon Omniverse has the advanced analytics it needs to scale its business as it enters new markets. Today, Style Union operates most of its stores in southern India, with plans to expand into western and northern India. The insights from Domo’s productivity indicators will help identify the best locations for new stores and understand which products resonate most in these markets.
