Disparti Law Group
What if data could turn case insight into business foresight?

Challenge:
Manual spreadsheets and outdated reports meant company leaders had limited visibility into the firm’s performance.
Solution:
By connecting its financial, case management, and lead data in Domo, the firm gained real-time insight into every department down to the attorney level.
Impact:
Leadership can now track profitability, identify bottlenecks, and forecast outcomes with greater accuracy.
DISPARTI LAW GAINS GREATER VISIBILITY INTO EVERY CASE WITH DOMO.
For more than 20 years, Disparti Law Group has helped individuals and families across Illinois and Florida get the justice they deserve, generating more than $2 billion in recoveries for their clients. With Domo, Disparti Law Group has transformed how it runs its business by using real-time dashboards to power faster decisions, better accountability, and measurable growth across the organization.
“Now that we’ve got it, we absolutely love Domo,” said Madison McAnn, director of operations at Disparti Law Group.
Creating a connected law firm
Before Domo, Disparti Law Group struggled to track the firm’s performance across dozens of systems and spreadsheets. Because reporting was so manual and time-consuming, reports were often days or weeks out of date by the time they reached leadership. “We’d have to manually run reports, filter things, and make our own formulas,” McAnn said. “By the time I was done doing it, the data was different.”

Disparti Law Group is one of the most recognized law firms in Chicago, serving clients across Illinois and Florida. The firm has recovered more than $1 billion for clients in personal injury, workers’ compensation, employment law, and social security disability cases.
“We’ve connected pretty much every system we want to Domo.”

One of its biggest challenges was a weekly “flag report,” a massive Excel file with 30 tabs that took an entire Sunday to prepare. “One of us would have to spend all day prepping what happened last week,” McAnn said. “Our CEO kept saying, ‘I want to know what’s going to happen next week, not looking backwards.’”
In addition, the firm’s legacy case management platform only offered seven dashboard fields, preventing the company from easily identifying profitability trends, bottlenecks, changes in attorney performance, or the impact of case outcomes on the firm’s financial results.
With Domo, Disparti Law Group was able to connect more than five critical data sources together, covering financials, case management, and lead generation. Leadership can see case volume, revenue trends, and profitability by attorney, while department heads monitor workload, cycle times, and performance KPIs at a glance. Firm leaders, the marketing team, and individual attorneys can view the firm’s performance at a glance when making decisions about where to invest marketing spend, whether it's profitable to settle a case for the proposed settlement amount, or determine which attorneys need more support.
“Each department has revenue dashboards, profitability dashboards, how many cases per attorney, forecasted versus actuals,” McAnn said. “We’ve connected pretty much every system we want to Domo.”
Increasing insight and overcoming bottlenecks
Disparti Law Group now uses Domo to operate on current insights instead of outdated reports. Dashboards show how long each case takes, cost per acquisition, and cost per case so leaders can better understand profitability. “Our CEO said, ‘I want to know what's happening right now. And I want to be able to use data that is as fresh as possible to make decisions about the future, not last week's data,” McAnn said.
Disparti Law Group also uses Domo to help each department identify workflow obstacles before they impact revenue, such as too many cases stuck in negotiation instead of reaching a settlement.

“With legal cases, getting to the finish line is so complex, and there’s certain spots where it can get backed up or clogged. We’ve built dashboards that help us identify where those are so supervisors can identify them quickly,” McAnn said. “This helps our departments visually see ahead of time where we’re going to run into problems so they can catch issues before they impact operations.”
Looking ahead, the firm wants to strengthen predictive modeling through Domo.AI, along with expanding its use of automation to increase accountability. “We want to better predict how long it will take a case to be won or awarded so we can better understand what our revenue will be each quarter,” McMan said. “We also want to use automation to trigger proactive alerts if a dashboard shows that our KPIs are off so we can take action sooner.”
