DomoStats: Credit Balance Reports

Domo has already provided our consumption customers with credit balance statements in Admin Settings. But we know many of our customers want to create their own reports and analysis, and without access to the raw data, that process can be burdensome and error-prone. The DomoStats Credit Balance Reports solve this by giving you direct access to raw, system-generated credit balance data—improving visibility, consistency, and trust in your consumption-based billing.

These new reports are easy to reconcile with what you see in the Credit Balance tab in Admin Settings.

• The Credit Balance Summary report offers a high-level view of your monthly statements. It provides one row per statement period and shows the impact of allocations, adjustments, and caps. ‍
• The Credit Balance Details report gives you a granular breakdown of monthly statement data, including details on individual credit categories and entry types like usage and adjustments.
