Andrea Henderson is a principal product manager at Domo, managing Domo's Data Transformation products, including Magic ETL. She started her Domo journey ten years ago, helping customers innovate by designing scalable, high-performance data pipelines and pushing the limits of the technology. In her role as product manager, Andrea has used her passion for elegant, robust, and scalable data architecture to lead the direction for Domo’s transformation tools, including Magic ETL. As an avid Magic ETL user (and raving fan) herself, her experience with the feature and deep empathy with the Domo user community make her excited to wake up and “make Magic” every single day. Andrea also co-chairs the Everbody@Domo council, serves as a member of Domo’s Strategic Architecture Group, and is the founder and leader of Domo’s yearly Kids Summer Code Camp. When not working, she most likely has her nose stuck in a book.

Chris Martin is a technology executive and data leader in the construction industry, currently serving as Vice President of Technology at MYCON General Contractors in Dallas, Texas. In this role, he leads enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and data initiatives that support the company’s operations across the commercial construction sector. 

Chris brings more than 15 years of experience aligning technology strategy with business outcomes, building high-performing teams, and modernizing organizations through cloud platforms, advanced analytics, and AI-driven automation.  

Recognized among the Top 100 Construction Data Leaders globally, Chris focuses on turning operational data into strategic insight for the built environment. 

As Vice President of Technology, Chris leads MYCONsulting, LLC, a data and analytics consultancy dedicated to helping construction and AEC organizations modernize their data ecosystems, unlock operational intelligence, and build scalable analytics programs tailored to the industry's unique demands.

Morgan Mizerak is the Business Intelligence Manager for MYCONsulting, where she leads data strategy, reporting, and insights that help clients make smarter, faster, and more informed decisions. With a strong background in analytics and people-centered business strategy, Morgan partners closely with project teams and leadership to turn complex data into clear, actionable intelligence.

With an MBA and a decade of experience spanning business intelligence, reporting, and performance insights, Morgan brings a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to every engagement. She is known for translating raw data into meaningful narratives that support operational efficiency, strategic growth, and long-term success.

At MYCONsulting, Morgan plays a key role in building scalable reporting solutions and dashboards that empower clients to see beyond the numbers and confidently plan what’s next.

Jacob Terry is a Business Intelligence Developer at MYCONsulting, where he specializes in helping organizations implement and scale Domo as a business intelligence platform. He leads client-facing work across data integration, ETL design, dashboard development, governance, and user adoption, while also supporting internal analytics and executive reporting. Jacob develops custom API integrations using Python and JavaScript and is passionate about building data solutions that turn complex systems into clear insights.

Sydney Bumgardaner serves as a Data Analyst for MYCONsulting, a commercial construction analytics firm based in Dallas, Texas. In her role, she develops data pipelines, predictive models, and business intelligence dashboards that help teams across the organization make more informed, data-driven decisions. Sydney works extensively with Domo to create reporting solutions that provide real-time visibility into project performance, forecasting, and key operational metrics for stakeholders across operations, finance, and business development.

Since joining MYCONsulting in 2025, she has helped introduce predictive analytics and advanced data modeling to support more proactive, data-driven decision-making across the organization. Sydney holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia.
