With Domo, Telus has the ability to get everyone the insights they need to act basically immediately. The store manager dashboard allows store managers to look at the core KPIs of their business, including ROI, sales per hour, sales conversion, sales by rep, and more. They can toggle rank across all KPIs and see their position relative to peer groups. They can look at their conversion dashboard to see daily traffic counts, conversion rates, and traffic-per-hour ratios by the day of the week.
