Intro
Amazon Aurora is a MySQL- and PostgreSQL-compatible relational database built for the cloud. Use this connector to export your data from a Domo DataSet to an Amazon Aurora database. To learn more about Amazon Aurora, visit their web page (https://aws.amazon.com/rds/aurora/ ). You export data to a Aurora database in the Data Center. This topic discusses the fields and menus that are specific to the Aurora Writeback connector user interface. To configure this connector, you will need the following:-
A Domo Client ID and Client Secret. To obtain these credentials, do the following:
- Log into your Domo developer account at https://developer.domo.com/login.
- Create a new client.
- Select the desired data and user application scope.
- Click Create.
- The hostname or IP address of your Aurora server.
- Your Aurora database or schema name.
- Your Aurora username and password.
- The port number of your Aurora server.
Configuring the Connection
This section enumerates the options in the Credentials and Details panes in the Aurora Writeback Connector page. The components of the other panes in this page, Scheduling and Name & Describe Your DataSet, are universal across most connector types and are discussed in greater length in Adding a DataSet Using a Data Connector.Credentials Pane
This pane contains fields for entering credentials to connect to your Domo developer account as well as the table in your Aurora database where you want your data to be copied to. The following table describes what is needed for each field:Field | Description |

Input DataSet ID | Enter the DataSet ID (GUID) for the DataSet you want to copy to Aurora.
