Intro
Teckst is a texting platform that allows customer service teams to two-way text with customers instead of using phone calls and emails. Use Domo’s Teckst connector to retrieve metrics for issues and messages. To learn more about the Teckst API, visit their page (https://api.teckst.com/v1/docs/ ). You connect to your Teckst account in the Data Center. This topic discusses the fields and menus that are specific to the Teckst connector user interface. This section enumerates the options in the Credentials and Details panes on the Teckst Connector page. This pane contains fields for entering credentials to connect to your Teckst account. The following table describes what is needed for each field:Field | Description |
