Intro
When editing a dashboard on the web, you can customize the mobile version to create targeted and curated experiences for anybody on a mobile phone. In the Editing Dashboard view, you can:- Edit the mobile layout from the web, including dragging and dropping cards to swap locations, adjusting borders, and changing card sizes.
- Hide cards specifically for mobile.
- Set dashboard interactions for mobile.
Note: To edit a dashboard’s mobile view, you must be the dashboard owner, an admin, or have permission to edit the dashboard.
Creating Custom Dashboards for Mobile
- From the navigation header, go to Dashboards. Open the dashboard you wish to edit in mobile view.
- Select the Dashboard Options
menu icon and select Edit Dashboard. - From the Desktop menu, select Mobile. The dashboard’s mobile view displays.
- (Conditional) Drag and drop cards to swap locations, adjust borders, and change card sizes. When the dashboard is viewed from a mobile device, the new mobile formatting displays.
Hiding Cards on Mobile
Cards can be hidden in the mobile view. This allows you to hide some of the less relevant cards on a dashboard to prevent unnecessary scrolling to find the important information.- From the navigation header, go to Dashboards. Open the dashboard you wish to edit in mobile view.
- Select the Dashboard Options
menu icon and select Edit Dashboard. - From the Desktop menu, select Mobile. The dashboard’s mobile view displays.
- Hover over the card you want to hide, select
Mobile Options and
Hide Card.


Unhiding Cards on Mobile
- From the navigation header, go to Dashboards. Open the dashboard you wish to edit in mobile view.

Select the Dashboard Options
menu icon and select Edit Dashboard.
- From the Desktop menu, select Mobile. The dashboard’s mobile view displays.

Select Hidden Cards

In the Hidden Cards list, hover over the Card you want to unhide and select
Unhide.

In the Editing Dashboard bar, select Save. The previously hidden card displays in mobile view.
