SILICON SLOPES, Utah — March 27, 2015 — Today Domo announced that visionary NetSuite (NYSE: N) CEO Zach Nelson will keynote DomopaloozaTM, adding to the event’s incredible lineup of the best minds in data, technology and business management. Nelson, in an onstage interview with Domo founder and CEO Josh James, will share how he has leveraged data to make NetSuite one of the industry’s leading cloud companies of all time. Nelson will also provide insights into how cloud technologies are enabling organizations of all sizes to transform their business operations and realize their vision.

CEO of NetSuite since 2002, Nelson led the company’s successful IPO in 2007 and its rise from startup to a cloud computing leader, with approximately 24,000 companies and subsidiaries as active customers. He was named to the Fortune Businessperson of the Year list in 2012.

“Zach created one of the first technology companies that truly spoke to executives,” said James. “When I was CEO of Omniture, I would tear off NetSuite ads from the back of magazines and send them to my CFO because the products spoke directly to me as a business user. There is so much our attendees can take away from Zach’s experience leading and growing such a successful company as NetSuite and how he has leveraged data to improve the way he manages his business. I’m thrilled we’ll get to tap into his expertise at Domopalooza.”

Nelson has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the technology industry. His career began with executive positions in marketing, sales, product development and business strategy at some of the most influential and innovative technology companies including Oracle, Sun Microsystems and McAfee. While at McAfee, Nelson helped lead the company’s expansion into the network management arena with the $1.4 billion acquisition of Network General. Later, as CEO of NAI subsidiary, myCIO, he created the world’s first business-to-business security application services provider. Before that, Nelson was Vice President, Worldwide Marketing at Oracle Corp., where he was responsible for global marketing strategy and implementation. At Sun, he drove the marketing and branding of the first version of the Solaris operating system, and led the product and corporate marketing effort at the company’s SunSoft Division.

Domopalooza, Domo’s inaugural user event, is designed to educate, inform and inspire Domo’s fast-growing community of top-flight customers. Its featured keynotes, in addition to Nelson, include Rita Sallam, Gartner VP of Research, who will deliver super-smart insights around the latest trends in BI and analytics; Sheryl Sandberg, COO of Facebook and author of two best-sellers, Lean In: Women, Work, and the Will to Lead and Lean In for Graduates; Billy Beane, the man behind the movie and best-selling book, Moneyball, who famously used data to uncover opportunities that took an underdog team to five MLB playoffs; and Jer Throp, an artist, educator and thinker, whose award-winning data visualizations have been featured in the Museum of Modern Art.

From hands-on, personalized training to breakout sessions and the keynote presentations, attendees will gain valuable insights from fellow customers and industry experts on how to best leverage Domo, their business data and industry best practices to operate more effectively and improve business results.

During Domopalooza, Domo will showcase how its business management platform delivers a transformative experience with enterprise software.
